2. Activity
Enjooy Events is a provider and reseller of tickets for sports and music events, including football matches (FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Champions League) and major concerts. We serve both individual fans (B2C) and professional partners such as agencies, tour operators and brokers (B2B).
3. Purchase conditions
- Availability and price are confirmed individually with each customer before any order is finalised.
- Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or our contact channels.
- Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer. We do not process online card payments on this Website. Business (B2B) partners may be invoiced periodically as agreed.
- An order is only considered confirmed once payment has been received and acknowledged by Enjooy Events.
4. Cancellation & refund policy
Tickets are purchased for specific events and dates. As a general rule, orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
Event cancellation: If an event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, customers are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, in accordance with the policy of the relevant organiser.
Postponed or rescheduled events: tickets generally remain valid for the new date. Changes of mind, no-shows or travel issues on the part of the customer do not give rise to a refund.
5. Limitation of liability
Enjooy Events acts as an intermediary facilitating access to tickets. We are not the organiser of the events and are not responsible for changes to dates, times, line-ups, venues, restrictions or the conduct of organisers and venues. Our liability is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to the price paid for the relevant tickets.
6. Intellectual property
The Enjooy name, logo and the content of this Website are the property of Enjooy Events LLC and may not be reproduced without authorisation. Club names and event marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Wyoming, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply to users in their country of residence.
